Shipping Policy – CozyCarry

Our hoodies are available on pre-order. Please review the full timeline before placing your order.

Pre-order Production

Production takes 15–20 business days after your order is placed.

Order Processing

Once production is complete, allow an additional 1–7 business days for processing, quality checks and preparation for dispatch.

Shipping Time

After dispatch, estimated transit time is 5–12 business days, depending on your destination.

Total Estimated Timeline

These three stages are consecutive. The total estimated time from order to delivery is 21–39 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Free Shipping and Destinations

Standard shipping costs €50 for orders below €60 and is free for qualifying orders of €60 or more to the destinations enabled at checkout. These thresholds are configured in EUR; Shopify may display converted amounts in your checkout currency. The final shipping charge shown at checkout applies. If your country or address is not available at checkout, we cannot currently ship there. Any applicable import duties or local charges will be shown at checkout where collected by us; charges assessed separately by local authorities may be payable by the recipient.

Delays

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated production and processing period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. Carrier or customs delays may affect transit times. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email after dispatch. Tracking may take time to show the first carrier scan.
