Terms of Service – CozyCarry

By accessing this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. CozyCarry is hosted on Shopify.

Products

We sell sherpa-style hoodies and related accessories. Please review the selected variant, sizing information and product instructions before ordering. Colors may vary slightly between screens. Only the features and specifications stated for your selected product form part of the offer.

Pre-order Timeline

Pre-order production takes 15–20 business days. Once production is complete, order processing takes 1–7 additional business days. Shipping then takes an estimated 5–12 business days. The combined estimated timeline is 21–39 business days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. See our Shipping Policy for tracking and delay procedures.

Orders and Payment

Review your delivery details and order total before payment. The currency and any applicable charges are shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order for a payment issue, suspected fraud, an unavailable item or a material listing error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items.

Cancellations and Returns

You may request cancellation before your order is fulfilled by emailing contactcozycarry@gmail.com with your order number. Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. If we cannot dispatch within the promised period, we will offer a revised timeline and the option to cancel the unshipped order for a refund. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Product Use

Follow the product instructions and all supervision and suitability requirements. Do not assume the hoodie provides independent or hands-free baby support, or replaces a separate baby carrier, unless expressly stated in verified product instructions.

Optional Add-ons

Add-ons are optional and charged separately at the price displayed. Any additional protection, priority service or warranty applies only to its stated coverage and does not replace rights or remedies already required by law. Priority handling does not imply expedited transport unless explicitly stated.

Intellectual Property

Original CozyCarry text, branding and designs belong to CozyCarry or its licensors and may not be reused without permission, except as permitted by law.

Liability and Changes

Our responsibilities are subject to applicable law; we do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms prospectively. Changes do not reduce rights attached to orders already placed.
